Eligible players: Boys/Girls in grades 7th-12th. ONLY THE SERIOUS PLAYERS SHOULD REGISTER!

  • POST PLAY is not only for "BIGS". Experienced Coaches practice post play techniques in modern day practices. Does your Coach teach Post Play techniques?
  • Our post play techniques will improve your ability to score inside the "paint". Drop steps, up & under, reverse pivots are a only a few techniques you will learn in our competitive sessions.
  • "Box to the Elbow" post playing training is for serious players ONLY!
  • Footwork is crucial to being a great post player! Drop steps, reverse pivots, shooting from the "box" to the "Elbow" plus several other excellent advanced/introductory training techniques  15 PLAYER MAX
